The Site provides information about our placement‑only recruitment services and allows submission of client inquiries and candidate applications.

You agree not to: (a) violate laws or third‑party rights; (b) upload unlawful, discriminatory, or misleading content; (c) attempt to probe/scan/test the Site or bypass security; (d) use automated means to scrape/harvest without permission; (e) introduce viruses or harmful code.

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit (forms, resumes, contact details). We may refuse or remove submissions that violate these Terms or law.

The Site, its design, logos, text, graphics, and content are owned by the Agency or its licensors and protected by IP laws. You receive a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Site for its intended purposes.

By submitting content (e.g., resumes, messages), you grant the Agency a worldwide, non‑exclusive, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and share such content for recruitment and service delivery. You represent you have rights to submit such content and that it is accurate.

The Site may link to third‑party websites/tools (e.g., Calendly, HubSpot forms). We are not responsible for their content or practices. Your use is subject to their terms.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Agency is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability relating to the Site shall not exceed ₱10,000 or the amount you paid (if any) for Site access in the last 3 months, whichever is higher.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Agency harmless from claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for suspected violations of these Terms or harm to the Site/services.

These Terms are governed by Philippine law. Venue shall be the courts of Tanza, Cavite or Taguig, Metro Manila].

We may update these Terms; continued use after posting changes constitutes acceptance. The “Effective” date shows the latest version.
